The scene is of a mountain lion using her keen vision to look for prey from a high overlook at sunset—one of her favorite times to hunt .The Ponderosa pines, Junipers, and Prickly pear cactus that blanket the rim provide great cover for not only the mountain lion, but the many small animals that she hunts.
